What is your cancellation policy?

We operate a 24 hour cancellation policy.

If you cancel at least 24 hours prior to the time of your appointment you will be given a full refund.

No refunds will be given to cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the time of your appointment.

You will be considered a “no-show” if you fail to be at your designated property after 15 minutes of your booked appointment time and you will not be entitled to a refund.

If you are delayed please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you. Our service providers are instructed to wait at your home or office for 15 minutes after the appointment’s start time.

How do I cancel my appointment?

Please e-mail info@kentmb.co.uk stating the following information:
a) the date and time of the current appointment
b) your name and phone number
c) the date and time you wish to move to. We will do our best to accomodate your request and email you to confirm the changes. If we are not able to accommodate your request, you can keep the current appointment or choose to cancel. Please note that your amendments will be subject to our cancellation policy.

We reserve the right to cancel any booking without notice or cause.

Refunds will be returned using the original payment method used to make the booking within 30 days. For more information click here
